Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Delivery time usually takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan depending on the customer’s location.

Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Meet our return policy requirements
